（六）竞赛项目： 1、学生组：男子、女子个人比杆赛、团体比杆赛；

2、教师组：个人比杆赛

3、嘉宾组：个人比杆赛

（七）参赛条件：参赛球员必须是经过省、自治区、直辖市招生委员会和港、澳、台地区高校正式批准录取的，有正式学籍的在校学生（不包括函授学生、成人高考学生、电大学生、进修班学生、短训学生、留学生等），无差点要求；

（八）竞赛办法：比赛采用中国高尔夫球协会审定、苏格兰圣安德鲁斯皇家古老高尔夫球俱乐部及美国高尔夫球协会联合颁布的2012年版的《高尔夫球规则》以及竞赛委员会制定的“比赛条件”和“当地规则”。

1、个人赛为两轮（36洞）比杆赛。二轮总杆数少者名次列前；成绩出现并列时，刚首先比较最后一轮的成绩，杆数少者名次列前；若再杆同，采取逐洞比杆的方式决定名次既从第二轮所选场地最后一洞（18洞）开始，采取倒计数方式决定名次。

2、团体赛为两轮36洞比杆赛。学校报名运动员达到4人的可参加团体赛的评比。各队男子或女子运动员两轮总杆成绩之和为该队的比赛成绩。团体总杆数少者名次列前，如团队成绩出现并列，则以各队最后一轮9洞的成绩，总杆数少者名次列前；若再杆同，采取逐洞比杆的方式决定名次既从第二轮所选场地最后一洞（第18洞）开始，采取倒计数方式决定名次。

3、开球

男子：蓝梯发球台

女子：红梯发球台

4、开球方式：每轮采用双边开球

5、分组：球员根据上交差点情况由组委会统一分组，球员不得私自换组。

6、报名

（1）学生组每支参赛代表队人数为6人，由一名领队、一名教练员、四名队员共六人组成（男女不限）。如参赛代表队队员不足4人，则只能报教练员1人。

（2）教练组各参赛单位选派一名教师参加。

（3）嘉宾组各参赛单位不超过两名领导参加。

（4）各院校须于2014年6月10前，交报名表加盖校公章（见附表）发传真至024—72862116；同时发送电子版报名表至86849875@qq.com。

（十一）仲裁委员会和裁判员

仲裁委员、裁判员由中国大学生教育联盟理事会选派。

（十三）其他规定

1、经费：学生组每个学校收取1200元场地费（包括练习场、试场、第一轮、第二轮），报到时交纳现金，由赛事组委会统一收取。

2、各参赛队交通费自理，食宿由组委会统一安排。

（十四）保险

参加本次赛事的各代表队的运动员、教练员、嘉宾等，都必须由所在单位在当地保险企业办理“人身意外伤害保险”。在报到时，向组委会交验保险单据原件，否则不能参加比赛。

各代表队自备校旗一面，颜色不限。

（十五）未尽事宜由承办单位另行通知。

（十六）本规程说明权归属赛事组委会。
